We have a preemptive appearance by Sieg, so shit's getting close to going down.
We're still in the early stage of the manga, during which time we won't get to see anything really big, but we're steadily getting there. More importantly: Griff and the "horse" have entered the manga! The close of the Punk Street arc ends in a way reminiscent "I WILL SHOW YOU BLUE SKIES!" Oh, and of course that means we're getting slightly closer to learning more about Elie, which is a very important part of the story. "I WILL SHOW YOU BLUE SKIES!" We're still in the early stage of the manga, during which time we won't get to see anything really big, but we're steadily getting there. I think at this point you're either into the story of the RAVE MASTER vs DEMON CARD or you're not, so you're moving on to Vol 4 or have already quit.more The story was originally serealized, so maybe that has a factor in the pacing. Kind of a weird set of chapters to package together because while the story they tell is necessary, it makes this book on its own kind of dull. Compared to the last two books this one is just wrapping up the last storyline and then ramping up for the next one. This book has the "pervert who wants to watch the girl in the hot springs" trope. I think at this point you're either i All the manga tropes continue piling up. However I still am interested in finding out what will happen in the next volume so I definitely will be picking up volume 4 soon.moreĪll the manga tropes continue piling up. While I know there was going to be a cliffie of some sort, I didn't expect it to come so soon. This volume also seemed to fly by compared to the other two. I mean I know it is a fight scene, but it isn't always clear what is going on. As well as the fact that some of the frames that are less detailed are sometimes hard to figure out. While a lot of the frames are very detailed, they seem rather smooshed. I'm not that in love with some of the graphics though. (Except when it comes to saving his friends) I also love Plue, I think he is adorable. He doesn't seem to worry too much about anything. For example even though Haru is on a quest to recover the Raves and defeat the Demon Card in the process, he isn't always serious. Especially Elie and Haru, and how they react to different situations. I also think that some of the characters are quite funny. I'm especially interested in seeing in the future if some characters return for another appearance. I am interested in where the story is going, I like how the author has brought different characters together.
That was good right? Not too many spoilers?Īs for how I felt about this volume itself. A village that hasn't seen the sun in over 5 years, and the rain is thought to be being caused by the Thunder Man, another Demon Card member. While Musica leaves their ensemble, they are joined by Griffon, a cart driver, and his horse, who Elie has hired to take them north.
